Christ is Risen

Christ is risen from the dead,

Opened the gates of heaven,

Defeated the darkness,

the demons and the death.

Earth is delighted in peace

With the glory of thy soul

Being apart is an agony

Hold me a part of thy soul

He paid the debt of our sins

Shedding blood on the cross

He gave the life and granted

the forgiveness of our sins.

I’ve been longing for happiness

All in my years of life

Not once seen the real joy

Rather crushed by torments

Lord, flaunt me the path of life

Paradise full of joy

Lord, let me desire the right

And, I shall not be shaken.

There are no more worries,

But hope and bliss every where.

There are no more sorrows,

He has set us free.

Your presence in me,

Sparkle my days of life

Better days are yet to come,

 

if you believe in risen Christ.

A Christmas hymn

An angel appeared to Mary,
announced the great news,
as she had been chosen ,
to be blessed among all.

Mary obeyed and rejoiced
To accept the light of life
She knows he will,
Enlighten every one's lives.

You are the son of god
We have seen your glory
You are the king of Israel
Full of grace and truth

There was no place for him
He was born in a manger
There was no bed for him
He had laid on the hay.

Angels appeared to shepherds,
told them fear not,for,behold,
Jesus had been born,who will,
bring them tidings of joy.

They were filled with great joy,
sang with angels on the sky.
glory to God in the highest
and peace to his people on earth.

Three kings were happened to see,
the star shined over Bethlehem,
they were set off to follow the star
and to worship the saviour of the world.

Let's sing with angels in heaven,
Glory to God in the Highest,
Let's sing for joy to the God,
he will shower blessings on us.
